- IF RETAINTER BRACKET DOES NOT HOLD BUMPER IN PLACE, CLIENT IS OKAY WITH TEMPORARY EPOXY. DOES NOT WANT TO REPLACE BUMPER.
- INSPECTED UNDERCOVER FOR RIPS TEARS.
